ADAPTIVE CLIMBING OPTIONS
Our goal is to empower every climber that visits the gym to reach their potential. We recognize that every climber is coming to us with a different ability level. We also recognize that some need to approach rock climbing differently. Therefore, we have a variety of climbing activities to accommodate everyone. Below is a small sampling of these activities:
- Flying Squirrel. Allows climber to be pulled into the air, experiencing a floating sensation.
- Crawl Tubes. Climber may enter and exit via climbing utilizing spacial awareness.
- Mini-Zip. Climber rides the zipline using a seated or harnessed apparatus, practicing upright balance. The activity may be used in combination with ball toss activities.
- Wall Climbing. Various routes are set up for vertical movement, emphasizing balance and coordination.
- Challenge Course. Climber traverses a series of balance beams and cables above the ground.
** We possess specialty adaptive climbing equipment for individuals with limited mobility in extremities, as well as partial paralysis.
