> PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
All participants and visitors entering a climbing area are required to sign an Adventure Center Participant Agreement. This document provides valuable information about your experience with us. If you do not understand the document or seek clarification, then we suggest contacting your legal counsel.
WHO CAN SIGN:
- Those 18 years old or older (legal adult) may sign for themselves.
- Parents may sign for children THAT BELONG TO THEM. You may not sign for a child that is not LEGALLY yours.
- A Court-Appointed Legal Guardian may sign the form. Documentation may be required.
> FAQS
Do I need to sign another waiver if I have been there before?
MAYBE. If your waiver is expired or incomplete then a new one will be required. If you are 18 or older, this is generally not a problem. However, if this is for a minor climber, please give us a call to check the status.
I am the grandparent or older sibling. Can I sign the waiver?
No, not unless you have court-appointed guardian custody.
I have an exchange student who is a minor, who can sign the waiver?
This is a tricky one, and depends on the sponsoring organization. The best thing to do is to put us in contact with the sponsoring organization so we, or our insurance provider, can review their host documentation.
Do I need to print the online form as proof?
No. Once you complete the waiver online, it is stored and available to us.
