> TEAM BUILDING FAQs
What is a team building program?
Depending on your goals, it can range from "team fun" to organizational development. We will work with you to determine the best program to fit your group and their needs.
What is the difference between team building and group climbng?
A group package is just a climbing event. In a team building package, we do a blend of ground based team activities as well as climbing to challenge the group.
What age is appropriate for team building?
We generally suggest school age and older. Our facility allows us to offer a wide range of programs for many ages and ability levels. WE will make recommendation based on the age and size of your group during your inquiry.
What if people don't want to climb?
We respect everyone's comfort and ability level. Some activities are ground based so climbing is not required. When we do progress to the climbing portion, there are other roles people can take to still be engaged with the group. We suggested making sure at least half your groups wants to try climbing?
How do I book a team building program?
It is best to call the gym to discuss the option. We will gather information about your group and their goals. We will then make a recommendation on options for you to choose from. We just need some basic information and a nonrefundable deposit to hold the spot.
Do you do outdoor team building programs?
We do not do high ropes or challenge course style programs. However, we can do outdoor climbing programs that intertwine team building.
Do you allow food?
This can be arranged as part of the package. We can also recommendation local food vendors and catering options. Some groups opt to visit an eatery in downtown Doylestown only minutes away.
